Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any workshop, program, or other service from Connecting Fragments. By completing a purchase or registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Our Services
Connecting Fragments provides retirement preparation education and coaching services, including:
- Virtual workshops delivered via Zoom
- Online cohort programs (including the Gen X Retirement Protocol)
- Digital resources, including workbooks and course materials
- Educational content via this website, email, and social media
All services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. We strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional advice for your specific circumstances.
2. Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service at stripe.com/gb/legal.
Your purchase is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay โ any subsequent changes do not affect confirmed orders.
3. Workshops โ Specific Terms
Upon purchase, you will receive confirmation and, the day before the workshop, a Zoom link and your participant workbook. Zoom links are specific to each workshop and must not be shared with others. Sharing your access link may result in your access being revoked without a refund.
Replay access
A replay recording of each workshop will be made available for 48 hours following the live session. After this period, the replay will no longer be accessible. If you are unable to attend the live session, it is your responsibility to watch the replay within the 48-hour window.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible by email. If a workshop is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If a workshop is rescheduled, you may attend the new date or request a full refund.
Full series purchases
Purchasing the full series gives you access to all five workshops and their respective replays, all five participant workbooks, and priority waitlist access to the Gen X Retirement Protocol. Each workshop in the series runs on a separate date โ full series buyers will receive joining details before each session.
4. Refund Policy
Individual workshops
Cancellations requested more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the workshop date are not eligible for a refund, but you will retain access to the 48-hour replay.
Full series
Full series purchases may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the first workshop date, provided you have not yet attended any sessions. Once any session has been attended or its replay accessed, refunds are not available for the series as a whole.
How to request a refund
Email info@connectingfragments.com with your name, purchase date, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our website, workshops, programs, emails, and materials โ including but not limited to workbooks, frameworks, slide decks, recordings, and written content โ is the intellectual property of Connecting Fragments and Antonia Varbanova.
By purchasing a workshop or program, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own private learning. You may not:
- Share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any of our materials in whole or in part
- Share your Zoom link or replay link with others
- Record any live workshop session without our express written permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes, training, or resale
Breach of these terms may result in access being withdrawn without refund, and may give rise to a claim for damages.

Results described by participants or used in marketing materials are individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Your outcomes will depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and many other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connecting Fragments and Antonia Varbanova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, participation in our workshops or programs, or reliance on any information provided by us.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Code of Conduct
By participating in our workshops and programs, you agree to:
- Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
- Not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture content from live sessions without permission
- Not share other participants’ contributions or personal information outside the session
- Engage with the content and exercises in good faith
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or program, without refund, if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms.
9. Website Use
The content on connectingfragments.com is for general information purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information on this website and reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice.
This website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no responsibility for the content of linked websites and do not endorse them.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are located in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
