    Dr. Rangan Chatterjee is a British physician, author, television presenter, and podcaster. You can also watch his podcasts on YouTube.
    I enjoyed listening to many interviews on his podcast, but my favorite one is the interview with Dr. Edith Eger. It was a life-changing experience for me. I highly recommend listening to the interview. Auschwitz Survivor Dr. Edith Eger on How to Discover Your Inner Power
  • Unlocking Us With Brenรฉ BrownBrenรฉ Brown is an American research professor, lecturer, author, and podcast host. She spent over 20 years studying the emotions and experiences that bring meaning and purpose to our lives.
  • Dare to Lead – This is another Brenรฉ Brown’s podcast. It is based on her book, Dare to Lead.

Journaling

  • Daily Stoic is a website by Ryan Holiday. This site is dedicated to Stoicism.
    “It is a philosophy designed to make us more resilient, happier, more virtuous, and wiser and as a result, better people, better parents, and better professionals. Stoicism has been a common thread through some of history’s great leaders…” ~ Ryan Holiday.
    The Stoics were well known for their journaling practice. Ryan Holiday dedicated a big part of the website to this.
